Availablity.
The services on this website can be booked only after 24 hours thorough online booking procedure. To avail any services 24 hours before the actual time of travel customers have to book through tele calling. Gurdial Taxi Services does not guarantee the availability of services booked 24 hours before the time of travel. The product and services of the Gurdial Taxi Services may not be available for the customers in a particular region or place. It is advised to all the customers to go through the website carefully to check whether the services are available at a particular place or region. Gurdial Taxi Services does not give any kind of implied or express warrantee regarding the availability of product and services at a particular region or place.
Out of Station Services
Kms will be charged from Garage to Garage
Toll taxes, state taxes, Driver allowance, parking fees, Green Taxes, Entrée fees will be paid by the customer
Minimum 250 kms per day will be charged.
Night charges of Rs 200 will be charged for Driver after 10 pm.
One day means a calendar day (from midnight 12 am to midnight 12 am)
AC will operate only in plain area and not in hilly area. There will be extra charges for operating the AC in hilly area.
One Way Services
Taxi will wait for only half an hour at the address of pick up. After that Rs 100 per hour will be charged.
Parking Fees will be charged extra.
One pick up and one drop point will be allowed in One way service. Rs 300 extra per pickup point will be charged if there are more than one pick up point. Rs 300 extra per drop point will be charged if there are more than one drop point.
Normally we book one way taxi at least 24 hours before the time of travel.
In case of Cash to Driver payment option 50% of the total amount will be paid to the driver at the time of starting the journey.
In case of plain and hill area bookings. AC will operate only in plain area and not in hilly area.
Driver and Car Details
Driver and car details will be provided to the customer 2 hours before the time of travel by SMS on the mobile number provided. If customers do not receive the driver and car details ( sometimes it may happened due to some problems in the mobile networks) they can call at the office of Gurdial Taxi Services and get the details by mentioning the reference number.
In case of NRI/Foreign customers not having Mobile number the driver will carry the placard if customer asks for, in that case parking fees will be extra and waiting charges of Rs 100 per hour will be charged.
Cancellation Polices
If Customer cancels the booking 48 hours prior to the time of travel 20% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
If Customer cancels the booking 24 hours prior to the time of travel 20% of the total trip cost will be deducted. No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours.
Refund will be made directely to the account of customer. No cash refund will be provided.
Amount will be refunded within 7 working days after the account details are provided by the customer.

Gurdial Taxi Services reserves its right to add, modify, or remove whole or any part of the terms and conditions of use at any time without any prior notice.
Any change or alteration or removal in the terms and conditions will be applicable with immediate effect when it will be posted on the site.
Gurdial Taxi Services also reserves its right to alter, change or to discontinue the this website at any time without any prior notice . Gurdial Taxi Services is under no obligation to consider the need or use of any of the the user of this website.
